摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定生石油焦和煅烧石油焦中镍和钙。样品在高温炉内于 5 2 5℃下灰化 ,灰份用四硼酸锂在铂坩埚内熔融 ,将熔融物溶解于稀盐酸中 ,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定该溶液中镍和钙的含量。方法简便、快速、准确。加标回收率为 98 2 %~ 10 3 6 % ,相对标准偏差为 1 0 0 %~ 4 0 3%。
A method for determining nickel and calcium in raw and calcined petroleum coke with flame atomic absorption spectrometry is proposed.The ash of the petroleum coke sample was obtained at 525 ℃ in a furnace,and was fused with lithium tetraborate (Li 2B 4O 7) in a platinum crucible.The melt was then dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid,and the resultant solution analyzed by atomic absorption spectroscopy for nickel and calcium.The method is proved to be simple,quick and accurate.The recoveries are 98 2%~103 6%,and the relative standard deviations are 1 00%~4 03%.
