摘要
从流化催化裂化催化剂的钒中毒机理出发 ,研制出一种高岭土型抗钒助催化剂。试验表明 ,当助剂的基质负载钒后 ,基质中容易生成含钒莫来石 ,可将部分钒钝化 ;以高岭土为原料 ,用原位晶化工艺合成的分子筛有良好的耐钒能力 ;添加具有良好捕钒能力的金属氧化物得到的抗钒助剂具有良好的抗钒性能。
WT5BZ]Based on the mechanism of vanadium poisioning,a type of novel anti vanadium additive has been designed for fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalyst.Results indicate that silicoaluminium matrix loaded with vana dium forms vanadium mullite and passivates some vanadium in the matrix.The zeolite synthesized from kaolin through a process of in situ crystallization is more effective for vanadium tolerance.In addition,a kind of metal oxide is used as vanadium trapping component.The catalyst additive prepared by the method has excellent anti vanadium performance.
