摘要
水平井钻井液体系 ,以聚合物正电胶混油体系为佳 ,可有效稳定井壁 ,携带岩屑 ,降低摩阻等 ,经室内百次实验优选的钻井液配方 ,经现场塔河油田水平井应用 ,使机械钻速提高了 3～ 4倍。文中分析了水平井钻井液体系的功能 。
The best horizontal well drilling fluid system is polymer MMH mixing oil system.It can stabilize effectively sidewall,carry cuttings,reduce frictional resistance.Through optimizing formula of drilling fluid and field application in horizontal well of Tahe Oilfield,the result shows that penetration rate is increased by 3～4 times.The paper analyses the function and technical difficulty of horizontal well drilling fluid system
