摘要
设计了高压直流开关电源,主电路采用两级结构,前级为具有软开关的有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路,能够降低谐波含量,提高功率因数,降低开关管损耗。后级采用在初级加箝位二极管的改进型零电压开关(ZVS)移相全桥变换器,有效抑制了次级整流桥输出振荡和电压尖峰,减少了损耗及输出纹波。对控制系统进行合理设计,提高了控制精度及开关电源性能。最后研制了一台2.4 kW实验样机,通过实验验证了电源系统设计的可行性。
The high-vohage DC switch power supply is designed.Main circuit uses two-stage structures.ln order to re- duce harmonic content and the loss of switch MOSFET, and improve the power factor, the former stage adopts active power factor correction(APFC) circuit with a soft-switching.The latter stage adopts the improved zero voltage switch(ZVS) phase-shifted full-bridge which adding clamping diodes to the primary side.The circuit can effectively inhibit rectifier- bridge parasitic oscillation and peak-voltage, and can reduce the loss and output ripple.The design of the control sys- tem is reasonable,the control accuracy and switch power supply performance are improved.Finally a 2.d kW proto- type is built and the feasibility of the power supply system design is verified through the experimental results.
