摘要
以胜华 10 0号沥青为原料 ,采用溶剂脱沥青工艺和溶剂再循环吸附色谱分离技术将沥青分成三组分 :富饱和分 ( S)、富芳香分 ( A)、富胶质 ( R)。根据微观形态结构的不同 ,考察聚合物 SBS在不同组分中的存在形式 ,研究沥青组分与聚合物的相容性。结果发现 :饱和分只起溶胀作用 ,对性质的改善没有什么作用 ,但不可缺少 ;真正改善性质的是芳香分和胶质 ,它们对 SBS部分溶解 ,整个体系呈两相结构。改性沥青要达到最佳性能 ,其饱和分。
Shenghua No.100 asphalt has been separated into three components:saturate(S)aromatic(A) and resin(R) by solvent de-asphalt process and solvent recycled adsorption chromatography separation technologyAccording to the difference of microcosmic shape and structurethe existing form of polymer SBS in various components was investigated,and the compatibility between asphalt and polymer was studied. It was found that saturate could arose plump and no influence on the modification of the asphalt’s performance,but it was necessary;aromatic and resin could modify the asphalt’s performance,they can solve SBS partly,and the system of asphalt presented two phase structure.If the modified asphalt reached the best performance,the saturate,aromatic and resin must have proper match.
