摘要
目的：对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的临床观察和护理体会进行探讨，进一步掌握病人在发作期的护理要点，学会井巩固如何正确的使用护理方法来解决相关护理问题以及减轻病人的痛苦。方法：对本院67名患者给予环境、饮食、氧疗、药疗等全方位的护理。结果：患者症状明显缓解，其中67例患者缩短了住院时间占95．52％，3例转入ICU进一步进行治疗占4．48％。结论：通过对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的奎方位护理，提高了他们的生存和生活质量。
Objective：With clinical observation and nursing of bronchial asthma patients in acute exacerbation, to further understand the points of patient care in the exacerbation and know how to properly use care methods to solve the problems and alleviate the suffering of the patient＇ s. Meth-ods：67 patients of the hospital to give a full range of environment, diet, oxygen therapy, medication. Result：The symptoms were alleviated, of which 67 patients with shorter hospital stay, accounting for 95.52%, 3 cases of the ICU for further treatment accounted for 4.48%. Conclusion：The full range of care for patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma, improve their survival and quality of life.
