摘要
目的：探究漩涡浴对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。方法：对符合入选条件的59例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成治疗纽（30例）和对照组（z9例），治疗组给予预设条件的漩涡浴治疗，并配合常规的运动疗法进行治疗，对照组只进行常规的运动疗法进行治疗。每住患者的治疗周期为一个月，分别在漩涡浴治疗的前后采用Fugl～Meyer上肢运动功能量表（FMA）、改良Ashworth量表（MAS）进行功能评定，并记录评定结果。数据采用SPSS17．0软件分析。结果：患者经漩涡浴治疗一个月后，治疗组和对照组患者的上肢运动功能评分和肌张力评级均有不同程度改善，但治疗组要较对照组情况改善更明显。结论：漩涡浴可提高脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢肢体运动功能。
Objective：To study the whirlpool bath therapy on upper limb function of hemipalalysis in patients with stroke. Methods： Fifty-nine patients with stroke were randomly average divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（29 cases）. The treatment group were treated with the whirlpool bath therapy and the routine movement therapy by a month and the control group were treated with the routine movement therapy by a month. In the beginning and the end ,use the Fugal--Meyer motor assement（FMA） end the modified Ashworth seale（MAS） to evaluate func-tion. the result and data were recorded and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 . Result：After therapy ,the score of the FMA and the MAS in treatment group and the control group were increased , but the score of the treatment group were more increased than the control group. Conclusion： The whirlpool bath therapy can improve the upper limb function of hemipalalysis in patients with stroke.
