摘要
近代国际法学产生后，国家领土所有权得以确立，以安全为主要内容的边界困境随之产生。随着全球经济一体化的不断深入，边境地区相互联系日益紧密，边境地区的发展问题成为边界困境的最新内容。合作边界和软边界是解决边界困境的良好模式。
After the emergence of the early modern international law, a territorial sovereignty for each country is gradually established. The border dilemma in national security comes with it. With the deepening global economic integration, border regions between countries are increasingly interconnected, and the development issues have become the main content. Co -operation border and soft border are the two favorable patterns for resolving the border dilemma.
