摘要
基于可编程片上系统、虚拟仪器、现场总线控制等技术,设计的快中子临界装置的数字化仪表控制系统能完成临界装置的启动、运行和停堆,可在线实时监测、计算、保存与查询临界装置的周期反应性、增殖反应性、功率、温度等状态参数,并完成异常工况下的报警和保护。2年多的运行表明该系统能很好地满足临界装置运行的要求。
The digital Instrument and Control System is developed based on SOPC (System on Programmable Chip), virtual instrument and FCS (Fieldbus control system) technology have applied to two fast neutron critical assemblies. The system controls the start-up, running and stopping of critical assembly and measures real time period-reactivity, proliferation-reactivity, power, temperature, and etc. It can alarm and do safeguard function in abnormal status. The results of experiments for more than two years show that the system achieves the design goals.
