摘要
金融创新是银行获得和保持竞争力的关键途径之一,而专利是创新成果得以有效保护的手段,专利地图是专利信息分析的主要表现形式.本文从专利地图中选取指标,通过建立层次分析模型,对中国内外资银行企业的创新能力进行综合评价.结果表明,内资银行在那些对于创新能力的影响权重不大的指标具有竞争优势,而外资银行却在那些对于创新能力影响权重较大的指标具有竞争优势,从而为内资银行的专利保护和创新活动提出相应的发展策略.
Financial innovation is one of the key ways of gaining and maintaining the competitiveness of banking industry. Patent is an effective way to protect the innovative achievements. Patent maps are the important forms of patent information analysis. It selects indicators from the patent maps and builds up an analytic hierarchy process model to evaluated the innovative capabilities. It turnes out that the competitive advantages of domestic banks lie on the indicators which have smaller weights to the innovative capabilities. Instead, the competitive advantages of foreign banks lie onthe indicators which have higher weights to the innovative capabilities. Thus the corresponding strategies of developing for patent protection and innovative activities of domestic banks are proposed.
