民族地区的广播电视节目主持人管理机制中存在人力资源管理等误区,其解决的对策是采取专业化、系统化等管理措施。
There is erroneous zone in the management of the national local radio and TV presenters. Its countermeasures are utilizing the specialized and systematic management.
