摘要
采用埋弧焊在不同的线能量下焊接磨机筒体试板,根据英国BS7448断裂韧度试验标准,进行裂纹尖端张开位移(Crack Tip Opening Displacement,CTOD)试验。测试了不同线能量条件下的试板焊缝金属和热影响区的CTOD断裂韧度特征值。分析磨机厚板焊接接头断裂韧度与线能量的关系,为磨机筒体设计提供了科学依据,并确定了实际生产的最优焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明,随着线能量增加,焊缝金属韧度值先下降后增加,热影响区(Heat Affected Zone,HAZ)韧度值先增加后减小,并得到最佳焊接线能量。
According to the test method of British fracture toughness test standard 7448,CTOD(crack tip opening displacement) test was conducted on mill shell plates,which were welded by submerged arc welding(SAW) at different heat-input.The CTOD fracture toughness values of weld metal and heat affected zone(HAZ) were measured at different heat-input.In addition,the relationship between welding joint toughness and heat-input of the mill thick plates was analyzed,and the optimum welding parameters for actual production were determined,which offered scientific references for the design of the mill shell.The test showed:with the increase in heat-input,the toughness of the weld metal decreased first and then increased;the toughness of HAZ increased first and then decreased;the optimum welding heat-input value were determined.
