轮式装载机驱动桥壳结构改进设计

Improvement design on structure of drive axle housing of wheeled loader

摘要 将某型号装载机铲掘工况试验数据输入到桥壳模型中,有限元分析结果显示桥壳变形量超过《工程机械驱动桥测试技术指标》中的要求。根据空心梁强度理论公式,将壳臂结构改为"梭形"结构,进而增大桥壳抗弯截面系数和惯性矩。改进后分析结果表明,桥壳变形量减小,同时变形更加平缓,满足了驱动桥桥壳的设计技术要求。 After the test data of shoveling operation of a certain wheeled loader being input into the model of the drive axle housing,the finite element analysis results showed that the housing deformation exceeded the limit in Test Technical Indexes of Drive Axle of Construction Machinery.According to the formula of hollow beam strength theory,the "shuttle-type" structure was applied to the housing arm so as to increase the bending resistance cross-section coefficient and the inertia moment of the housing.The analysis results after improvement showed that the housing deformation decreased and became more smooth,which met the design requirements of the drive axle housing.
