摘要
利用高压静电场处理大麦、甜菜、玉米干种子后 ,观测处理剂量对干种子及发芽种子超弱发光的影响 ,从而探索超弱发光是否可作为研判静电场最佳处理剂量的一种手段 .其结果表明 :1 )不同处理剂量的静电场均能提高干种子及发芽种子的超弱发光强度 ,且在一定处理剂量范围内处理剂量与超弱发光强度呈现一定的相关性 .2 )超弱发光最强组种子的处理剂量基本与在宏观实验中已被验证的处理剂量相一致 .
Dry seeds of barley,beet and maize were treated with the high voltage static electric field.The influence of treated dose for super-weak luminescence of dry seeds and germinating seeds were observed,and if super-weak luminescence could be as a means through which the best treating dose of static electric field is studied and determined.The results showed:1) the static electric field of different treating doses can all make the super-weak luminescence of dry seeds and germinating seeds stronger.Moreover,in the limits of treating dose the treating dose is associated with dry seeds and germinating seeds′ super-weak luminescence.2) the treating dose of dry seed of the strongest super weak luminescence is basically the same as the treating dose which has been proved in the macro experiments
