降钙素原与呼吸道感染性疾病 被引量：16

摘要 自1993年Assicot等首次报道脓毒症患者血清降钙素原（procalcitonin，PCT）水平明显升高以来，一系列关于PCT的研究已在临床展开。目前国际上已将PCT作为评价临床感染的一项新指标，对判断疾病严重程度及预后均有预警作用。呼吸系统感染作为临床感染性疾病的重要组成部分，PCT对其临床应用价值尤其值得关注。现就降钙素原在呼吸道感染性疾病诊断、病情严重程度、预后判断及指导抗生素合理使用等方面的价值做一简要概述。
