摘要
为解决实验室现有激振器无法直接应用于水下的难题,满足工程上对水下结构宽带稳态激振的需求,开展了激振器动密封设计与实验研究。利用简化模型阐述了电动式激振器的工作机理与激振特性,参照车氏密封系列中的J形滑环式组合密封对激振器进行了动密封设计,从理论上分析了密封摩擦力对激振特性的影响并进行了实验验证。结果表明:动密封设计后,激振器可以应用于水下单频、窄带、宽带激振。
The design and experimental research of dynamic seal of exciter was carried out in order to solve the problem that conventional exciter in lab can't be applied underwater directly, satisfying the need of wide band, sta- ble exciting for underwater structure in engineering. Principles and vibration characteristics of electro-dynamic ex- citer were described by simplified model, and dynamic seal was designed in reference of J-shaped slip-ring com- bined seal of Che's seal series, the effects of seal friction on the vibration characteristics were analyzed and verified experimentally. The results showed that the exciter can be applied to underwater single-frequency, narrowband, broadband excitation after dynamic seal design.
