摘要
讨论了镧对重组枯草杆菌 (DB10 4 /PPR8)产嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌蛋白酶活力的影响 ,对其活性按测定碱性蛋白酶活性的一般方法进行了测定 ,实验结果表明 :1.0× 10 -5、1.0× 10 -6、1.0×10 -7mol· L-1L a( )作用显著 ;1.0× 10 -4 mol· L-1L a( )对酶活力影响下明显 ;1.0× 10 -3 mol· L-1L a( )降低了蛋白酶活力 ,但在此浓度下 ,L a( )对该酶不构成致命性威胁 .
This paper studied the effect of La(Ⅲ) on the activity proteinase in B·Sutilis DB 104/PPR8.The experimental results are showed as follows:1.0×10\+ -5 、1.0×10\+ -6 、1.0×10\+ -7 mol/L La(Ⅲ) can enhance the activity of proteinase and 1.0×10\+ -7 mol/L La(Ⅲ)obviously;1.0×10\+ -4 mol/L La(Ⅲ)has no obvious effect on the activity of proteinase;1.0×10\+ -3 mol/L La(Ⅲ)decreases the proteinase activity.Hovever,La(Ⅲ)has no deadly effect on the proteinase at the concentration.
