摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分析了中国不同地区(24—51°N,97—135°E,0—2650M)野生大豆213份种子贮藏蛋白组份11S 与7S 的比值,比值范围为0.36—4.40,平均值为1.06。首次发现了11S/7S 值与材料原产地纬度呈极显著正相关(r=0.5689^(**))。并结合野生大豆生态区提出蛋白组份形成与生态诸因素之间的可能联系。从凝胶电泳扫描图的分析,提出低纬度材料11S 蛋白酸性亚基比值较高,而7S 蛋白的变异以36—40°N 材料最为丰富。得到一份11S/7S=4.40的宝贵材料,为品质育种提供了优良基因型。
Specific values of seed storage protein component 11S/7S from 213 genotypes ofG.soja from different locations(24—51°N, 97—135°E, 0—2650M)in Chinawere analysed using PAGE technique.Range of the specific values was 0.36—4.40,and mean value was 1.06.It was found that specific value of 11S/7S was correlatedpositively with the latitudes originated(r=0.5689^(***)).And possible there was alsoclose relation between the value and the ecotypes.Analysis of photodensity scanningprofiles of PAGE,showed that the specific value of 11S acid.sub-unit oflow latitudnal materials was higher and the variation of sub-unit 7S of 36—40°Nmaterials was most plentiful.We obtained one material which specific value of11S/7S was 4.40.
