高粱 A_2雄性不育系的鉴定——Ⅱ.主要农艺性状的配合力分析 被引量:12

Evaluation of A_zMale-Sterile Lines in Sorghum——Ⅱ.Combining Ability Analysis for Main Agronomic Characters

摘要 1983—1985年间对3份高粱 A_2不育系,及其与20份测验种组配的测交种,进行了主要农艺性状的配合力分析。结果表明,A_2TAM428和 A_2T_x3197穗粒重、穗粒数、穗长的 GCA 效应显著低于 A_1T_x622的;A_2T_x624各主要农艺性状的 GCA 效应通常与 A_1T_x622的相近。A_2TAM 428×晋粮5,A_2T_x3197×忻粮7穗粒重的 SCA 效应较高,但实际值低,故其亲本不育系不宜在生产中使用。A_2T_x3197穗长的 GCA 效应稳定地不同于 A_1T_x3197的,其它不育系及性状的 GCA 或 SCA 效应也有类似表现,但不稳定。这表明 A_2细胞质能引起个别基因型和性状的配合力发生变化,其程度还受核基因和环境影响。 The combining ability for main agronomic characters of A_2T_x624,A_2T_x3197 andA_2TAM 428 as well as thier hybrids from 20 tester lines was analysed during 1983 to1985.The following conclusions were obtained:1.GCA effects of A_2TAM 428 were significantly lower than that of A_1T_x 622 forthe characters of grain weight per ear,plant height and ear length,number of grainper ear,1000 grain weight and days from planting to maturity.For the characters ofgrain weight per ear,number of grain per ear and ear length,the GCA effects ofA_2T_x3197 were significantly lower than that of A_1T_x622, but for 1000 grain weightwas not different.The GCA effects for the main characters of A_2T_x624 were normallynear to that of A_1T_x622,but it was not stable,varying with the years.2.The comparison was made among the different male sterile lines having thesame nucleus but different cytoplasm in GCA effects for the main characters,which indicated that GCA effects for ear length,plant height,1000 grain weight and grainweight per ear of A_1T_x 3197 significantly differed from that of A_2T_x3197.The exception was only that GCA effects of ear Length was stable and high,while other GCAeffects varied with years.Analysing the SCA effects and morphological values formain characters of hybrids with homonucleus and hetercytoplasm(A,or A_2),we alsofound some significant difference.It suggested that A_2cytoplasm could result in changeof GCA and SCA effects and morphological values for indicadual characters,butcould not make all the characters change and the degree of this change were affectedby genotypes and conditions.3.(A_2TAM428×Jinliang 5)and (A_2T_x3197×Xinliang 7)possessed high SCAeffects for grain weight per ear and 1000 grain weight,but thier grain yield wasactually lower than that of standard hybrids.So A_2TAM428 and A_2T_x3197 couldnot be directly released to the production of sorghum.
