摘要
在研制智能化湿度仪的测频测周集成方法基础上, 建立传感阻频电路的数学模型, 研究湿敏元件的等效电阻和等效电容随湿度变化规律, 并指出了获得良好湿敏传感特性的方法.
Based on the integration of frequency-and-period-measuring, the mathematical model of a resistance-frequency transform circuit for humidity sensor is presented, and the variation rule of the equivalant capacitance and equivalant resistance of sensor with humidity is studied in this paper. The improving paths of humidity sensing characteristic are also put forward.
