摘要
目的了解医学院校学生抑郁情绪的现况并研究其影响因素。方法应用一般社会学特征调查表、抑郁自评量表（sDs）、青少年生活事件量表（ASLEC），采用分层整群抽样法抽取新乡医学院1～4年级在校学生1372名进行调查研究。结果抑郁情绪的检出率为57．2％，多项负性生活事件和独生子女、对专业不满意对抑郁情绪的产生有明显的影响。结论应加强医学院校学生的心理指导，积极防治他们的抑郁情绪。
Objective To understand the current status of depression and its influencing factors among medical college students. Methods A total of 1 372 students from 1 to 4 grade of the Xinxiang Medical College were selected with the duster stratified sample method and investigated by using the general characteristics of sociology questionnaire, the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, and the Adolescence Life Event Scale （ASLES）. Results The incidence of depression was 57.2%. Many negative life events, the only child ina family, and being not satisfied with the profession had apparent influences on the produce of depression. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the psychological guidance to medical college students so as to control their mood of depression positively.
