摘要
本文研究了水稻品种 IR28对我国白叶枯病(Xanthomonas campestris Pv.oryzae)菌系江陵691和 OS-75的抗性基因与23个标记性状的遗传关系,结果表明:大多数标记性状由隐性或显性单基因支配,如 v-1,g,gh-1,la,tri,bc-1,Bh,fgl,pgl,Pa,cl 和 Bf。而白条斑叶、叶绿素缺少叶和下垂叶是由双隐性累加基因控制的,支配紫果皮、红果皮和紫稃尖的双显性基因是互补的。IR28对我国菌系江陵691和 OS-75的抗性分别由显性单基因 Xa-a 和 Xa-h 支配。标记材料大多数感病,但 M3,M4,M7,M8,M10,M14和 M15分别带有抗性基因。IR28所带的抗性基因 Xa-a 和 Xa-h 连锁,交换值为17%。IR28的抗性基因与 M9,M10和 M22的标记基因有连锁现象。Xa-a 和 Xa-h 与 la 的交换值分别为27.9%和33.7%,与连锁群Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ,Ⅺ,Ⅻ,第7染色体以及未定连锁群的 pal 基因均为独立分离。la 属于第Ⅷ连锁群,因而推定 IR28所带的抗性基因 Xa-a 和Xa-h 属于第Ⅷ连锁群。
The experiment was earried out at the experimental station of Huazhong Agricultural University in 1983—1985 to study the genetic relationship between the bacterialblight,Xanthomenas campestris PV.oryzae,resistant gene of an Indica variety,IR28,and twenty-three marker genes distributed among 11 linkage groups(one of them stilluncertian)and one chromosome.Two Chinese bacterial bilght strains Jiangling 691(from Hubei province)and os-75(from Beijing)were used in the experiment.The results are as follows.1.Most of the Marker characters were conditioned by single genes.recessive ordominant,i.e.,v-1,g,gh-1,la,tri,bc-1,Bh,fgl,pgl.Pa,cl and Bf.2.Stripe(ws),chlorino-1(ch-1)and drooping-leaf(dl)were controlled bydouble recessive additive genes.3.The expressions of purple pericarp(Pp),red pericarp(Rc)and purpleapiculus-2(Pa-2)were controlled each by two dominant complementary genes.4.Two single dominant genes,Xa-a and Xa-h in IR28 conditioned the expression of resistance to two Chinese strains,Jiangling 691 and os-75 of bacterial blightrespectively.5.The resistant gene in M10 was recessive.The resistant gene in M14 wasallellic to the gene in IR28 resistant to Jiangling 691 at seedling stage.But these geneswere not expressed at adult stage.6.The resistant genes in M3,M4,M7 and M15 were also allelic to the resistantgenes in IR28.7.The resistant genes Xa-a and Xa-h in IR28 were linked,with recombinationvalue of 17%.8.Linkage between resistant genes and marker genes was discovered in M9×IR28,M10×IR28 and M22×IR28.The recombination values estimated were:Xa-a-la 27.9%;Xa-h-la,33.70%.These resistant genes segregated independentlywith the marker genes of linkage group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ,Ⅺ, Ⅻ,andchromosome 7.They also segregated independently with the gene PA1 of anunspecified likage group.The gene la belonged to linkage group Ⅷ.Therefore itmay be deduced that the resistant genes Xa-a and Xa-h in IR28 were located onlinkage group Ⅷ.
