摘要
由于传统的电压型馈线自动化模式已不能满足配电网实际发展需求,珠海许继电气有限公司研发了一种基于电压电流复合型成套装置的10 kV架空馈线智能终端,配合断路器或负荷开关实现馈线自动化。介绍了电压电流复合型柱上开关成套装置的组成及各部分的功能,以典型应用系统为例阐述分段断路器、分段负荷开关和用户分界负荷开关的工作原理,分析当主干线分段断路器电源侧、负荷侧或分支线上发生故障时的动作过程。该装置在广州供电局有限公司投入使用,通过改造前后的效果对比,说明基于电压电流复合型成套装置的10 kV架空馈线自动化实现方案优于传统的电压型馈线自动化模式。
Automation of voltage feeder can no longer meet the practical requirements; therefore Zhuhai XJ Electric Co., Ltd developed a smart terminal of 10 kV overhead feeders based on voltage/current composite package unit to match break-ers or load switches to achieve feeder automation. The paper introduces composition of the composite package unit and func- tion of each part; it takes typical application system as an example to expounds operating principles of section breaker, loadswitch and section switch for user end~ it analyzes action under circumstances of fault at breaker power side, load side or branch lines. The unit is put into operation in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau Co., Ltd. By comparison before and afterthe transformation, it is expounded that automation implementation scheme for 10 kV overhead feeders based on voltage/ current composite package unit is superior to other ones.
