摘要
目的:了解我院住院病人来源的地区分布,确定医院重点服务范围,为合理配置医疗资源,制定医院未来发展战略提供科学依据。方法:对我院2011年108593例出院病人来源地区及病种结构进行统计分析。结果:省内病人占我院出院病人的绝大多数(93.77%);其中郑州、周口、商丘、驻马店和许昌五市出院病人占省内患者总数的70.65%,形成我院重点区域医疗市场;我院的省内边缘区域医疗市场相对薄弱。省外病源主要来自我省周边城市濒临的安徽、山东、山西等省份。结论:医院要制定一系列切实可行的发展战略,积极开拓医疗市场,促进医院全面、快速、可持续发展。
Objective To master the distribution of hospital inpatient sources,determine the key range of the medical services,and provide the scientific basis for rational configuration of medical resources,further expand the health care market.Method Statistical methods are used to classify and analyze the source of 108593 inpatients from 2011.Results The vast majority of inpatients are from the Henan province,and others are from the brink of areas,such as Anhui,Shandong and Shanxi.The key source areas of our inpatients are Zhengzhou,Zhoukou,Shangqiu,Zhumadian and Xuchang.70.65% of the inpatients are from these cities.Our Health care market in the border district is relatively weak.Conclusion Effective development strategy must be established to promote our hospital development in an all-round way.
