摘要
目的:调查南昌市糖尿病社区护理提供现状。方法按分层整群抽样法选取南昌市13个社区卫生服务中心和17个社区卫生服务站的154名社区护士为调查对象,利用自制调查表对其进行调查。结果南昌市社区护士整体素质偏低;糖尿病社区护理的提供表现为疾病护理占主导,健康促进需完善,糖尿病并发症的防护不到位;从具体项目来看,仍有50%以上未提供的项目是建立家庭病床、高渗性昏迷的预防宣教和紧急救护、糖尿病致性功能障碍的性生活指导、成立糖尿病患者俱乐部;影响糖尿病社区护理开展的主要因素是社区护士糖尿病社区护理专业知识缺乏和技能水平有限。结论:南昌市社区护士整体素质亟待提高;糖尿病社区护理的开展须切实在疾病护理、并发症防护和健康促进三方面拓展服务内容并提高服务质量。
Objective To study the status of community nursing on patients with diabetes in Nanchang.Methods 154 cases of community nurses were chosen from 13 community health service centers and 17 community health service stations of Nanchang by stratified cluster sampling,and surveyed with self-designed questionnaire.Results The overall quality of community nurses in Nanchang was low.The main content of community nursing on patients with diabetes was disease nursing,while health promotion and prevention of complications needs to be improved.Considering the specific items,more than 50% still were not provided,such as family sickbed,education and urgent attention of high permeability coma,guidance of sex life on sexual dysfunction caused by diabetes,and club for diabetes patients.The main influencing factors were insufficient professional knowledge of community care of patients with diabetes and limited skills.Conclusion The overall quality of community nurses in Nanchang should be improved.Community nursing on diabetes should be intensified in aspects of disease nursing,complications prevention and health promotion.
