摘要
通过石蜡切片结合光学解剖镜观察分析,发现青海省小油菜(Brassica campestris L.)花芽花器分化为向心分化顺序。即按花芽原基、花萼、花瓣原基、雄蕊及心皮的先后顺序依次进行分化。根据这个顺序及花芽分化的其它特性,将花芽分化过程划分为八个时期:1.花芽分化准备期;2.花芽原基形成期;3.花萼形成期;4.花瓣原基形成期;5.雄蕊形成期;6.心皮分化期;7.花粉形成期;8.花粉发育成熟期。并针对白菜型春油菜花芽分化始期早,分化期短及营养生长量小等特性,提出用花芽分化中花芽体积大小做另一主要形态指标,以便准确鉴别其花芽分化各个时期。
The differentiation of floral buds of spring rape(Brassica campestris L.)in QinghaiProvince was studied in the past five years.According to the investigation of paraffin section and directed observation under optical dissection microscope,it was found that thedifferentiation of the floral organ of spring rape(Brassica campestris L.)is usually in centripetal order;that is,it differentiates in order of floral primordium,calyx,petalineprimordium,stamen,and the carpel.On the basis of this order and the other characteristicsof differentiation of floral buds,the differentiation prosses could be divided into eightphases.They are:1.preparatory differentiation of floral bud;2.formation of floralprimordium;3.formation of calyx;4.formation of petaline primordium;5.formation ofstamen;6.differentiation of carpels;7.formation of pollen;8.development and maturity ofpollen.Since the floral bud differentiation of spring rape initiated earlier than that of thewinter types,its duration is shorter,resulting in less vegetative growth,it was suggestedthat use the size of floral buds as another main morphological index in the determinationof the phases of floral bud differentiation.
