摘要
结合军队卫生机构科研实力评估及科技发展战略预测对各项数据的需求 ,提出了数据采集的基本原则 ,数据的分类指导与数据调查采集的方法手段 .旨在通过对各种数据的研究、分析、归类 ,以企指导更科学、准确、高效地调查采集相关数据 .
To meet the needs of s ci entific strength evaluation and technological developmental strategy to varying data requirement, this paper puts forward the essential principles of the data g athering, the classified guidance and the approach to the investigation gatherin g to prospect directing the investigation gathering interrelating to data more s cientific, accurately and effectively.
