摘要
为了明确西藏林芝地区小麦条锈菌的分子群体遗传结构,2010年,从西藏林芝地区的米林县、林芝县、波密县和工布江达县共采集到259个小麦条锈菌标样,利用10对小麦条锈菌SSR引物进行了群体遗传研究。结果表明,该地区小麦条锈菌的遗传多样性水平较低,群体存在一定的遗传分化,群体间遗传变异占总变异的12%,群体内遗传变异占88%,不同群体间存在着频繁的菌源交流。
Nyingchi of Tibet is one of the epidemic regions of wheat stripe rust caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (PST) in China, but no study on molecular population genetic diversity of PST are found until now. Two hundred fifty nine samples of PST were collected from Milin, Nyingchi, Bomi and Gongbujiangda of Tibet. Population genetic diversity of PST was investigated with 10 pair of SSR primers. Results showed that the population genetic diversity of PST from those regions of Tibet was low. Genetic differentiation was found among populations. The 12% of total variation came from among populations, 88% came from within populations. Frequency exchange of PST occurred among populations.
