The optimal distributing of star-differential reducer gear ratio

摘要 基于等接触强度分配封闭差动行星轮系两级齿数比的设计准则,综合考虑行星轮个数、不均载系数及齿宽系数等影响因素;以其体积最优和径向尺寸最优为加权目标,编制相关程序进行了优化,并通过实例对齿数比进行验证。研究结果表明,在综合考虑行星轮个数、不均载系数及齿宽系数等影响因素的基础上,以体积与径向尺寸最优为目标的按照等接触强度进行齿数比的分配方法是可行有效的,工程实用性较强。 Based on the design principle of equal contact strength, the two stage gear ratio of the star-differential planetary gear trains is distributed. Considering the factors of the number of planet gears,load distribution factor and tooth width coefficient etc, with its volume optimal and the radial dimensions optimal as weighted targets. Compiling relevant program for its optimization and through an examples of gear ratio for verification. On the basis of considering the influence of the number of planet gears, load dis- tribution factor and tooth width coefficient, the results of the study show that the method of the gear ratio distributed by the target of optimizing the volume and the radial dimension and the design principles of equal contact strength is feasible, effective and practicable in projects preferably.
