基于粉体力学理论的非开挖钻孔干法气力输送泥屑的研究

摘要 通过对栓流作用机理和粉体力学理论进行研究,设计了一种适用于市政道路非开挖钻孔干法气力输送泥屑的新系统方案。通过实验研究,证明了振动栓流干法气力输送泥屑不仅可行,而且可以明显提高泥屑的气力输送能力。该研究为解决目前国内外水力输送泥屑存在的泥水难以分离的问题提供了一种新的方法。 Through the research of the mechanism of plug flow and powder mechanics,a new system is designed which applies to dry mud pneumatic conveying in the public road construction.The experiment illustrates that pneumatic conveying of vibrated plug flow of dry mud is feasible and the efficiency is promoted.It is a solution to the either domestic or foreign problem of mud and water separation which exists in the process of trenchless drilling currently.
