面齿轮啮合过程中压力角对齿面摩擦生热的影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 对面齿轮啮合过程中圆柱轮齿和面齿轮轮齿相对滑动速度、接触应力和摩擦热流量的计算方法进行研究,讨论两齿轮轮齿的绝对滑动速度及相对滑动速度、齿面摩擦因数和摩擦热流量沿啮合面的分布规律以及受压力角的影响,对这些参数沿啮合线的分布曲线进行分析。研究结果表明:随着面齿轮压力角的增大,相对滑动速度和齿面接触应力均下降,摩擦热流量也随之下降。这为面齿轮的设计提供了有效的理论依据。 The calculation method of relative sliding speed,contact stress and friction heat flow during the meshing process of pinion and face-gear were researched,and the distribution rule and size of absolute sliding velocity,relative sliding velocity,tooth surface friction coefficient and friction heat flow and the effect of pressure angle were studied.The distribution curves of these parameters were analyzed.The results show that when the pressure angle increases,the relative sliding speed and tooth surface contact stress decrease,eventually leading to friction heat flow down,which provides an effective theoretical basis for the face-gear design.
