摘要
目的:探讨横结肠肥大细胞增生症的诊治方法。方法:报道1例横结肠肥大细胞增生症,回顾性分析其临床、影像学、肠镜表现、实验室检查及病理、免疫组化特征,总结本病诊治过程。结果:本例患者经积极诊治,术前活检病理及术后病理均诊断为横结肠肥大细胞增生性疾病,术后6月因肿瘤进展死亡。结论:横结肠肥大细胞增生症临床罕见,症状不典型,容易误诊,缺乏特异性治疗方法,预后不佳。
Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of transverse colon mast cell hyperplasia. Meth- ods ：To report one case of transverse colon mast cell hyperplasia,retrospective analyze of clinical manifestations ,imaging findings, colonoscopy performance, laboratory tests, pathological and immunohistochemical characteristics, summary the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Results： After active treatment, the patient preoperative biopsy and path-ological diagnosis of transverse colon mast cells were proliferative diseases. Due to tumor progression the patient died 6 months after operation. Conclusion：Transverse colon mast cell hyperplasia was rare with atypical symptoms, lack of specific treatment, and the prognosis was poor.
