Midkine、MMP-2在胆囊癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探索中期因子(Midkine)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在胆囊癌中的表达水平及两者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例胆囊癌和15例慢性胆囊炎中Midkine、MMP-2的表达,并结合临床特征分析两者的表达,数据统计采用SPSS 13.0统计软件完成。结果:Midkine、MMP-2在胆囊癌和慢性胆囊炎组织中的表达呈显著性差异(P<0.05);在胆囊癌组织中有无淋巴结转移、分化程度、远处转移组高表达率方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而在年龄、性别、肿瘤浸润程度组则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Midkine、MMP-2共同参与了胆囊癌的发生、发展,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁徙,临床上联合检测有利于胆囊癌的早期诊断及判定胆囊癌的生物学行为。 Objective:To investigate the expression of midkine(MK),MMP-2 and its relation with gallbladder carcinoma(GC).Methods:The expressions of MK and MMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 15 cases of chronic cholecystitis.The relationships between their expressions and the clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed statistically.All data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.Results:The expressions of Midkine,MMP-2 in gallbladder carcinoma and chronic cholecystitis tissue were significantly different(P0.05).And for gallbiadder carcinoma the difference was also manifested by lymph node metastasis,differentiation and the expression of distant metastases group(P0.05).But it was not so obvious with different age,gender and the degree of neoplasms invasiveness.Conclusion:Both MK and MMP-2 participate in gallbladder carcinoma occurrence,development and promote the tumor cell proliferation and migration.Therefore,combined detection is beneficial to the early diagnosis and determining the biological action of gallbladder cancer.
