后路寰枢椎关节突螺钉直径限制因素的影像学分析 被引量:3

摘要 寰枢椎不稳临床较常见,现多采用C1,2经关节螺钉固定术作为首选。其中最具代表性的为Maged后路经寰枢椎关节螺钉内固定术,最早由Magerl在1979年首先报告和应用.
