摘要
目的观察分析鼻咽结核的临床治疗方法及效果。方法选取本院2009年1月～2011年1月28例鼻咽结核的患者,观察组13例,先行颈部淋巴结清扫术,再给予系统的结核药物治疗;对照组15例,单纯应用系统的结核药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.4%,随访1年无一例复发;对照组总有效率为86.7%,随访1年有3例复发,两组患者的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经确诊为鼻咽结核的患者,先采取颈部淋巴结清扫术,再给予系统的结核药物治疗,其效果优于单纯采取药物治疗。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical treatment methods and it＇s effects for nasopharyngeal tuberculo- sis. Methods Twenty-eight patients with nasopharyngeal tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were selected as research objects. The observational group which comprises 13 patients, received a neck lymphadenectomy and then a systematic drug therapy; while the other 15 patients in control group received nothing but a systematic drug therapy. The effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observational group was 92.4% without any re- current case within the following 1 year, and that of control group was 86.7% with three recurrent cases, there was no sig- nificant difference on efficacy between two groups （P 〉 0.05）, but significant difference on recurrence rate between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with nasopharyngeal tuberculosis are given neck lymphadenectomy combining with systematic drug therapy, the effect much better than a single drug treatment in curing nasopharyngeal tuberculosis.
