摘要
目的调查本院住院患者退药的具体情况。方法对本院2010年1月~2012年2月的退药申请单共685份,按退药原因、退药药品种类进行统计分析。结果内科退药现象较普遍,因医嘱变更退药所占比例最高,退药品种以抗微生物药物居多。结论应采取针对性措施减少不合理退药情况,以保障患者安全有效用药,减少医院不必要的资源消耗。
Objective To investigate the situation of drug repercussion of inpatients in our hospital. Methods Data of 685 inpatients from Junuary 2010 to February 2012 were investigated, including the withdrawal reasons and species of drugs. Results Most of drug repercussion existed in internal medicine. The reason of drug repercussion were mainly modification of medical orders. The major repercussion drug was anti-microbial agents. Conclusion We should take effective measures to reduce unreasonable drug repercussion, ensure drug safety in patients, reduce hospital unnecessary resource consumption.
