摘要
本文介绍了对口支援城乡基层卫生工作采取的集团化医疗模式、专科诊疗分中心模式、定点医院指导模式、紧密型团队托管模式和人员跨院轮转模式等五种模式,结合我院实践具体介绍了这五种模式的基本含义、主要做法和实施成效,并提出卫生行政部门应对对口支援工作进行横纵两个维度的统筹规划,对口支援双方要在学科考评和双向转诊上坚持互惠互利原则,以及对口支援工作在增强驱动力、整合优势资源、健全分级诊治和完善卫生信息网络等方面既是挑战也是机遇的观点。
In this paper,five patterns of partner assistance to urban and rural health work,such as conglomerate medical pattern,specialist clinic center pattern,designated hospital guidance pattern,closely team managed pattern and clinical rounds across hospital pattern were introduced.Based on the practice in our hospital,this paper introduced the basic meaning specifically,main methods and implementation effect of those five patterns.And in this paper,several viewpoints were proposed.The administrative departments of public health should make a master plan for partner assistance work in two dimensions of vertical and horizontal.Both sides of partner assistance work should adhere to the principle of mutual benefit on academic evaluation and dual referral.Partner assistance work was not only a challenge,but also a chance in many aspects,such as enhancing driving force,integrating advantageous resources,improving grading diagnosis and treatment,and perfecting health information network,etc.
