摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复和日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2011年1月～2011年12月我院收治的脑梗死患者112例,并随机分成干预组和对照组,每组各56例。两组患者均行常规护理,而干预组则加用早期康复护理干预措施,并对两组患者的肢体功能恢复情况、改良Barthel指数、生活质量改善情况进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,干预组患者的痊愈率、显效率、总有效率均显著提高,而进步和无效率则明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的改良Barthel指数明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的力量、手功能、行动能力、日常生活能力、记忆与思维、交流、情感、社会参与等项目评分均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预对于脑梗死患者肢体功能的恢复和日常生活能力的改善均具有积极的现实意义。
Objective To discuss the effect of early rehabilitation nursing interventions to restore limb function and daily living skills in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 112 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly,there were 56 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were treated with routine care,while patients in the intervention group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing interventions.The recovery of limb function,modified Barthel index and quality of life improvement of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the patient＇s cure rate,markedly effective rate,the total effective rate were significantly improved,while progress and invalid rates were significantly reduced,there were significant differences（P 0.05）.Compared with control group,The patient＇s strength,hand function,mobility,daily living skills,memory and thinking,communication,emotional,social participation item scores were significantly improved,there were significant differences（P 0.05）.Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing interventions has a positive and practical significance for the improvement of the recovery of limb function and daily living skills in patients with cerebral infarction.
