摘要
目的探讨急性脑卒中早期偏瘫患者康复护理介入对患者康复的影响。方法对80例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者早期的康复护理介入,通过良姿位摆放、早期肢体及日常生活能力训练等,促进肢体运动功能及ADL的恢复,并在治疗前、治疗后2个月进行Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分的比较。结果治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分结果比较差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论早期康复护理使患者的运动功能和日常生活活动能力均得到显著的提高,缩短康复疗程,最大限度地降低致残率,改善患者独立生活的能力。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing rehabilitation intervention on patients with acute stroke hemiplegic in early stage.Methods 80 patients with acute stroke in early stage were given rehabilitation nursing intervention,the recovery of limb motor function and ADL were promoted through the good posture position,early limbs and ability of daily living training,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel score were compared before treatment and after treatment of 2 mouths.Results After treatment,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel score was significantly different which compared with brfore treatment（all P 0.01）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing to patients with motor function and activities of daily living ability are improved significantly,it shorten the treatment course,maximize reduce morbidity,improve the patient ＇s ability to live independently.
