摘要
本文介绍了泰曼 -格林干涉仪的一种变形 ,分析了在这种情况下所获得的干涉条纹的分布 ,及其随光程差变化而变化的规律 ,并介绍了它的应用。
A modification of Twyman Green Interferometer is introduced in this paper.The distribution of the interference fringes and its change with respect to the change of optical path difference are analysed and some of its applications are also introduced.
