摘要
为了改善大功率半导体激光器的发散角特性 ,本文对衍射光学元件和半导体激光器组成的新型微小光学系统的自适应性进行了研究。对于红外远距离大功率半导体激光器照明系统 ,数值计算结果表明 ,调节衍射光学元件与半导体激光器之间的间距或选择外加的几何光学透镜参数 ,可使该系统适用于不同发散角参数的半导体激光器件。
In order to improve the characteristics of the divergent angles of high power semiconductor laser,the self adaptability of a novel optical mini system which consists of a diffractive optical element and a semiconductor laser is studied in this paper.In the illuminating system of a high power infrared semiconductor laser over a long distance,the results of numerical calculation show that this system is suitable to the semiconductor laser devices with various divergent angles by adjusting the distance between the element and the laser of choosing the parameters of additional geometric optical lens.
