摘要
梯级水库,库库相连,一旦失事将引发严重的连锁反应。随着我国水库电站梯级开发的不断深入,水库安全问题日益凸显。论述了陕西省水电站水库管理的现状及存在的问题,从完善机构、制度等方面提出了加强管理的具体措施。
Cascade reservoir are connected one by one, serious ripple effect can be generated due to accidental wreckage. With the deepening of the cascade development of reservoir power plant in China, the issue of the safety in reservoirs has become increasingly prominent. The status and problems of Shaanxi province hydropower reservoir management are discussed, and concrete measures of reinforcing management are proposed in the aspects of improving institutions, systems and the like.
