摘要
目的探讨中药擦洗及熏洗法对产后会阴切口愈合的促进、预防感染、提高产妇满意度的效果。方法选择100例经会阴切开助娩的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组用中药擦洗和熏洗法护理切口,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组切口甲级愈合率、愈合时间、满意度。结果观察组会阴伤口甲级愈合率、愈合时间、产妇满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后会阴侧切伤口使用中药擦洗和中药熏洗法,能缓解疼痛,促进伤口的愈合,缩短愈合时间及提高产妇满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine scrub and fumigation in promoting postpartum episiotomy healing, preventing infection and improving the satisfaction of maternal. Methods One hundred puerperae used episiotomy to help delivery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 50 eases. Observation group was given the traditional Chinese medicine scrub and fumigation to care incision, control group was given the routine nursing. The healing rate of the wound of class A researcher, healing time and the satisfaction of puerperae were observed in two groups. Results The healing rate of the wound of class A, healing time and the satisfaction of puer perae in the experiment group were obviously superior to that in control group. The difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine scrub and fumigation in postpartum perineal side cut wounds can relieve the pain, promote the wound healing, shorten the healin~ time and enhance the .~ati^faetinn nf n,,~rn,~,-a,~
