摘要
目的探讨超声诊断阑尾病变的图像特征及超声诊断在阑尾病变检查中的价值。方法对2011年1月～2012年3月120例阑尾病变的超声声像图表现与病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果 120例阑尾病变患者超声检查检出107例,阳性率为89.2%,漏诊率为10.8%。结论超声检查对诊断阑尾病变准确性较高,对临床具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To explore the image characteristics of appendiceal lesions diagnosed by ultrasound and the value of the ultrasound diagnosis in the examination of appendieeal lesions. Methods The ultrasound appearance and the pathological results of 120 cases with appendicle lesions from January 2011 to March 2012 were compared and analyzed retrospectively. Results One hundred and twenty cases with appendiceal lesions were examined by ultrasound, and 107 cases showed appendiceal lesions, the positive rate was 89.2% and the misdiagnosis rate was 10.8%. Conclusion Ultrasound examination has higher accuracy for the diagnosis of appendicle lesions and it has great guiding significance for clinic.
