摘要
目的观察吸烟对血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响 ,探讨吸烟对心血管危害的机制。方法采用Celermajer的方法 ,对51例吸烟者和35例正常对照者 ,分别在静息时 ,反应性充血后 ,舌下含硝酸甘油后测定肱动脉口经。测定各组受试者试验前后血浆NO、ET、PGI2、TXB2 浓度。结果肱动脉FMD(flow_mediateddilatation,内皮依赖性舒张) ,正常组明显高于吸烟组 ,分别为(10.12 % ,8.24 % ,7.15 % ,6.14% ,4.02 %) ,血浆NO、PGI2,正常组明显高于吸烟组 ,而血浆ET、TXB2 正常组明显低于吸烟组。结论香烟的毒性成分直接损害血管内皮细胞 ,导致内皮功能失调。吸烟引起的血管内皮舒张功能障碍可能与NO、PGI2 减少 ,内皮素、TXB2
Objective By observing the effect of smoking on endothelium_dependent dilation, we explored the mechanism of smoking to cardiovascular system.Methods With high_resolution ultrasound, We measured endothelium_dependent relaxing function in 86 subjects:51 were smokers and 35 of others were normal controls. We measured the meter of the superficial femoral and brachial arteries at rest, during reactive congestion and after sublingual glyceryl trinitrate (GTN;causing endothelium_dependent dilation in subjects. The level of plasma NO,ET,PGI2 and TXB2 were determined. Results FMD, plasma NO and PGI2 in smoking group were reduced compared with that in normal control group. Plasma ET and TXB2 were increased in smoking group. Conclusions Endothelial cell was impaired by toxic component of cigarette and resulting endothelium_dependent dilation dysfunction. Impairment of endothelial function may contribute to disorder of releasing for vasodilation and vasoconstriction.
