偏头痛患者认知功能研究 被引量：1

摘要 偏头痛是神经内科最常见的原发性头痛之一,其对患者认知功能的损害正逐渐被认识。然而目前的研究结果多不一致。本文综合相关文献,归纳分析不同年龄、病程、程度、亚型的偏头痛患者应用多种神经心理量表测评的认知功能结果 ,涉及记忆、注意、语言、视空间、执行、计算和理解判断等多方面,总结出目前较为明确的研究结果 ,并探讨了偏头痛患者认知损害的可能机制。为更好认识偏头痛的危害,早期预防其进展及进一步研究等提供了依据和方向。
