摘要
探讨ASS3000型小样浆纱机的上浆效果。介绍了ASS3000型小样浆纱机的性能特点,对JC 29.2 tex纱进行了上浆试验。测试结果表明:上浆后纱线的各项性能指标均得到了较大提升。认为:ASS3000型小样浆纱机浆纱性能良好,上浆质量稳定,可以满足小样浆纱的需要。
Sizing effect of ASS3000 sizing machine was discussed. Characteristics of ASS3000 sizing machine were introduced. JC 29.2 tex yarn was sized and tested. The result shows that every properties index of sized yarn were improved greatly. It is considered that properties of ASS3000 sizing machine is better, the sizing quality is stable,the sample yarn sizing demands can be reached.
