可逆性后部脑病综合征的临床和MRI表现研究

摘要 目的：探讨可逆性后部脑病综合征（PRES）的临床表现、MRI特征,提高对PRES的认识.方法：结合文献资料,回顾性总结分析我院2010年1月-2011年12月期间收治的2例PRES患者的临床表现和MRI影像学特征.结果：2例患者经治疗7~15d后,可逆性后部脑病综合征症状和体征消失,影像明显好转,随访1周～1个月均预后良好,未再出现视力障碍及癫痫发作.结论：PRES通过MRI特征和病史可作早期诊断,采用科学有效的治疗方法,预后良好.
