摘要
目的 探讨 171例老年退变型下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全 (DDVI)的临床表现及多普勒超声诊断。 方法 对 171例DDVI的临床和多普勒超声表现进行研究 ,将该组病例与非老年原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全 (DVI)病例进行比较。 结果 DDVI最常见的表现是小腿部水肿 ,占 79 9% (2 35条腿 ) ,DVI组最常见表现是浅静脉曲张 ,占 87 1% (2 76条腿 )。DDVI组平均静脉管径显著大于DVI组 ,P <0 0 1;DDVI组发生返流瓣膜组合是以多条大静脉同时出现为主 ,而DVI组则以单根为主。 结论 DDVI与一般DVI相比有特殊表现 ,多普勒超声检查能对其快速、安全、准确的诊断。
Objective To research the clinical symptoms and characteristics of ultrasonic Doppler from 171 patients with the deep venous incompetence of degeneration of advanced age(DDVI). Methods An investigation for the clinical symptoms and characteristic of ultrasonic Doppler from 171 cases with DDVI was made.The patients with DDVI were compared with those with primary deep venous incompetence(DVI)in clinical symptoms and characteristics of ultrasonic Doppler. Results The most common symptom was shank edema(235 limbs,79 9%)in DDVI and superficial varicose vein(276 limbs,87 1%)in DVI.The average vein diameter of DDVI was greater than DVI by ultrasonic Doppler( P <0 01).The valve regurgitate flow usually occur in multiple mainveins in DDVI,and in femoral veins in DVI. Conclusions The patients with DDVI exhibit special different characteristics from these with DVI.The ultrasonic Doppler examination is a valuable,safe and accurate method for diagnosis of DDVI.
