摘要
目的 :探讨一种实用、合理的呼吸紊乱曲线分型方法。方法 :研究 2 0例经多导睡眠仪 (polysomno-graphy,PSG)确诊的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)患者及正常打鼾者的血氧饱和度、鼻口气流及胸腹运动同步曲线 ,提出一种新分型方法 ,并与标准分型比较其诊断价值。结果 :依据胸腹动度与鼻口气流的变化规律将呼吸紊乱曲线分为低通气、阻塞性低通气、阻塞性呼吸暂停、高阻塞性呼吸暂停 4型。新分型较标准分型能更好地反映患者的呼吸紊乱状况。结论 :新分型法符合 OSAS患者呼吸紊乱曲线变化的规律 ,能够反映患者占主流的呼吸紊乱曲线 ,具有较高的实用价值。
Objective:To explore a more useful and more precise method for classifying respiratory events during sleep in OSAS.Methods:20 consecutive patients referred to the sleep laboratory with suspected OSAS were examined by full-night PSG.A new four-types classification is presented through careful analysis of the airflow and thoracic/abdominal movement patterns.The differences between the new classification and the standard one are displayed.Results:According to different PSG signals characteristics, respiratory events are divided into four types:Hypopnea (Hyp),Obstructive Hypopnea (Ob.H),Obstructive Apnea (Ob.A) and High Obstructive Apnea (Hi.A) In classifying respiratory events the new one is more practical than the standard.Conclusion:The new four-types classification is more useful and reasonable as compared to the standard classification.
